Supply & Demand Zones
A demand zone is the base a rally launched from; a supply zone is the base a sell-off started from. Price often reacts when it returns to them, especially the first time.
How DYOR uses it
DYOR finds bases of one to four small candles followed by an explosive candle (≥ 1.1× ATR) that runs at least 1.2× ATR away. Each zone is tracked for tests and invalidation. Sitting on fresh demand lifts the score and anchors the entry and cut loss; supply overhead lowers the score and caps take-profit targets.
